I've read big brown books in the library
Yeats and Poe and Socrates
Walked the streets in the City of Song
Where they write hits all day long
But that don't compare to the back of a room

I was electrified by the beautiful souls
So I took the advice and let if flow
When got nothin' left but the words in your head
You just let it fly 'cause they can't take that
And I saw a ray of light like the sun
When the warriors danced and Dark Cloud drummed
All of the voices became one sound
